- Helping with the design, implementation and monitoring of newer sever systems, applications and hardware.
- Conducting research on server issues and products.
- Performing capacity planning when required.
- Providing Help Desk support.
Qualifications
- A diploma or certificate in Information Technology or a related field.
- Experience supporting and implementing Citrix XenApp in an enterprise environment.
- The ability to prepare technical documentation and provide examples.
- Experience with Xendesktop, AutoCAD and Citrix XenApp 6.2 CCA is considered an asset.
