This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, thinking independently, and turning ideas into practical tools that create measurable impact.

A major part of this position involves developing AI-driven solutions, internal applications, automations, and reporting systems that reduce manual work and help the business run more efficiently. The successful candidate will work closely with different departments, develop a deep understanding of how the operation functions, and build solutions that make day-to-day work easier, faster, and more reliable.

This role leads technology development across MeadowBrook and is an opportunity for someone curious, capable, and motivated to help shape how technology supports the business.

What You Will Be Responsible For Application &

- Tool Development Develop and maintain internal web applications used across the company

Build and support mobile tools for field teams

Improve existing systems to make them more reliable, user-friendly, and scalable

Automation &

- AI Create automations that reduce repetitive manual work across departments

Identify opportunities to apply AI in practical ways that improve workflows and efficiency

Reporting &

- Data Build reports and dashboards for operations and leadership

Ensure reporting is accurate, consistent, and easy to understand

Help maintain data quality across business systems

Systems &

- Integrations Support integrations between CRM, ERP, and internal systems

Work with APIs and structured data to improve system connectivity and performance

Support &

- Collaboration Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and support continuous system improvement

Collaborate with internal teams to understand operational needs and translate them into working solutions

Qualifications Required 2–5 years in a technical, systems, software,



or automation-focused role

Proficient in JavaScript or TypeScript, with hands-on experience building and maintaining web applications

Comfortable with modern frontend and backend frameworks such as React, Next.js, or Node.js

Solid SQL skills and experience working with relational databases

Strong understanding of APIs, structured data, and system-to-system integrations

Familiar with reporting and dashboard tools including Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL-based solutions

Hands-on with automation platforms such as Apps Script, Zapier, Make, or custom scripts

Strong problem-solver with sharp attention to detail

Self-directed and able to take ownership without constant guidance

Practical mindset focused on building solutions that serve real business needs

Preferred Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms

Background with Acumatica or other ERP systems, including customization or development work

Comfortable with cloud deployment, Docker, and troubleshooting production applications

Knowledge of authentication, session handling, and secure integration patterns

Experience maintaining tools that span reporting, automation, and operational workflows

Background in construction, service, or field operations environments
