Our client in the transport industry, a well-known and respected company that is looking for a Logistics Coordinator for the logistics team.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the shipments and handle all requests for transport needs from clients

Communicate with clients and carriers

Handle pricing negotiations to secure best rates

Track and trace shipments, keeping the customer updated

Handle any problems that arise regarding the shipment and solve in a timely matter

Keeping a positive relationship with all parties involved for long-term satisfaction and client/carrier retention





Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in Logistics

Ability to manage tracks across North America, including cross-border Canada/USA

Ability to work under pressure

Robust problem-solving skills
