This is a WORKING CHEF role, located at a remote fly-in mining facility or exploration camp in Northern Saskatchewan.

**WE COVER THE COSTS OF YOUR TRANSPORTATION, MEALS, & ACCOMMODATIONS WHILE AT SITE.

**SHIFT WORK & COMPRESSED WORKWEEKS REQUIRED; SCHEDULES ARE 2-WEEK IN-AND-OUT ROTATIONS WITH 11-HOUR DAYS.

**MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A DRUG & ALCOHOL TEST.

Who you are:

You are a passionate foodie and a strong team leader.

You are a Red Seal Chef (preferably, not required).

You pay attention to detail and have excellent time management.





You go above and beyond to provide a great experience for our guests.

What you will do:

Lead, mentor, and manage a culinary team.

You will manage food costs and inventory.

Maintain standards for food safety, food storage, rotation, quality and appearance.

Job Requirements - Let's not wash your time:

Experience with kitchen management within the service industry.

Jobs require shift work at remote sites - mining facilities & exploration camps.

Knowledge of Vegan, Halal and Gluten allergy variation Cooking skills.

Good knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word, Excel By camp manager programs.

Valid Driver's license preferred.

Current First responder certificate would be an asset.

You must be a team leader, who works well with others.

Ability to work alone and as part of a larger team.

Customer relation skills.
