Lead the Inventory department as an Inventory Supervisor at our Edmonton location. This full time role focuses on staff management, product handling, and exceptional customer service.

The Inventory Supervisor is essential in overseeing daily operations within the Inventory department. You'll manage Clerks’ schedules, supervise floor rotations, and ensure proper training and performance feedback. This position requires hands-on engagement, helping to maintain product integrity and a high standard of customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and schedule Clerks' daily activities
• Train staff and provide ongoing support
• Ensure products are displayed and rotated properly
• Engage with customers and resolve complaints
• Maintain an organized work environment

Requirements:
• High School diploma required
• 3-5 years of retail experience
• Knowledge of Natural Foods products
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
