Become an integral part of Nomad Fuel as an Accounts Receivable Specialist III, managing essential payment processing and client account operations. Work in a hybrid mode while contributing to cash flow management and accuracy in financial records.

In this role, you will utilize over three years of accounts receivable experience to oversee daily operations, including PAD transactions, manual payments, and account reconciliations. Collaborate closely with Finance and Collections teams to resolve payment discrepancies and support strong cash flow management, essential for Nomad's growth. Your attention to detail and problem-solving abilities will ensure customer accounts are accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:
• Process daily PAD and manual payments for customer accounts
• Reconcile accounts to maintain accurate records




• Negotiate payment arrangements with customers
• Investigate and resolve overdue balances
• Support month-end reconciliation activities

Requirements:
• 3-6+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Strong payment processing and reconciliation skills
• Proficient in electronic payments, including ACH and wire transfers
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Intermediate Excel proficiency and detail-oriented mindset
