In this part-time role, you will report to the Director of Care or Director of Health & Wellness, providing planned nursing care in compliance with provincial standards. Your responsibilities will encompass clinical assessments, medication administration, and patient education, ensuring all care documentation is accurate and up to date.

Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and evaluate care/service plans effectively
• Assist in scheduling resident care conferences
• Provide direct care and medication under regulations
• Document care accurately according to standards
• Coordinate nursing team's assignments for service efficiency

Requirements:
• Current Licensed Practical Nurse registration
• Experience in senior's care preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification required
• Complete Vulnerable Sector Check
