Wessuc is a family-owned company dedicated to cleaner, greener communities. As a Field Operator, you will work from April 1 to November 30, managing the transfer and application of biosolids. You will communicate with team members, perform equipment maintenance, and ensure efficient operations during land applications.

Key Responsibilities:
• Operate pumps for transferring biosolids efficiently
• Manage controlled flow to ensure application standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and drivers
• Conduct maintenance on application equipment regularly
• Inspect for and address equipment issues promptly

Requirements:
• 1-3 years of agriculture industry experience
• Experience with tractors and heavy equipment preferred
• Valid G or G2 license with a clean abstract
• Safety certifications like CPR are assets
• Flexibility for diverse schedules and out-of-town work
