Every day brings something recent as you help homeowners improve the comfort, beauty, and energy efficiency of their homes. If you're dependable, safety-minded, and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.
RESPONSIBILITIES (include but not limited to): Install windows and doors according to company standards
Clean up worksites from debris and materials
Help set up ladders, scaffolding, and other equipment
Handle, load, unload, and transport windows, doors, and installation materials
Safely operate hand and power tools
Ensure installations are completed professionally and efficiently
Communicate with customers in a courteous and professional manner
Follow all company safety procedures and job site protocols
Assist with measuring, finishing, and final quality inspections
REQUIREMENTS:



Experience in construction or window and door installation is an asset (training available for the right candidate)
Out-of-town work and travel may be required
High School Diploma/GED preferred
Valid driver's licence is preferred
Good hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
Ability to safely lift 50+ lbs
Strong attention to detail
Commitment to workplace safety
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
Dependable, punctual, and a positive team player
