The position requires strong conflict resolution skills, technological aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently across Canadian offices. Key Responsibilities:
• Construct and manage ethical screens for conflicts
• Conduct conflict searches using the NBI/Intapp system
• Analyze recent client matters for potential conflicts
• Draft referrals and negotiate straightforward conflicts
• Assist with regulatory compliance for client onboarding
Requirements:
• Minimum three years of legal sector experience
• Strong research and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with MS Office and database applications
