Key Responsibilities:
• Assess residents' functional needs upon admission
• Develop and communicate individualized care plans
• Implement therapeutic programs to meet specific goals




• Evaluate resident progress toward identified objectives
• Document all relevant occupational therapy interventions

Requirements:
• Good standing with provincial regulatory board
• Baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Experience in continuing care or gerontology preferred
• Solid organizational and interpersonal skills
• Vulnerable Sector Check required within six months
