Key Responsibilities:
• Support operational readiness and manage resource allocation
• Communicate production goals and conduct shift performance reviews
• Monitor workforce and equipment utilization for efficiency
• Coordinate underground construction and related activities
• Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections
Requirements:
• 5-6 years in mining operations
• Supervisory and leadership experience required
• Experience with project start-up preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of Deswik OPS is advantageous
