The Opportunity: The Child and Family Programs (CFP) Division, Service Delivery Branch is seeking an experienced employee who is a energetic and creative leader as Manager, Service Delivery.
Reporting to the Director, Operational Support, this position can be located in the North, Centre or South Service Area. The employee will oversee service delivery units and manage partnerships with community agencies including First Nations Agencies to deliver services that align with Ministry goals. In this assignment, the employee will be responsible for the oversight and management of these programs along with data collection, analysis and reporting to ensure that services delivered by CFP are effective, efficient and support the Ministry’s strategic direction. The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to a team of Supervisors and staff from across the province; as such some travel will be required.




In this position the employee will need to understand and respond to multiple demands, have a proven track record in developing and maintaining profession relationships with managers and staff; be results oriented and accountable with the ability to exercise sound judgement; and have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
The successful candidate will have significant management and leadership experience and will have obtained the knowledge and abilities required for this position through a university degree in human services (Social Work, Indigenous Social Work, Human Justice, etc.), along with extensive knowledge and experience in Child and Family Programs and of its corresponding Acts and Regulations.
