Tipalti is seeking a People Operations Analyst for a 12-month fixed term contract. You will support US and Canadian HR operations, from perks administration to LOA processing and immigration coordination, while ensuring data integrity across HR systems.
You will act as a primary point of contact for People Operations queries, maintain employee files, support onboarding and offboarding, and contribute to HR analytics with monthly insights and dashboards.
