Grand River Community Health Centre in Brantford, ON is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Inter-qualified Primary Care Team. Permanent full-time position (37.5 hrs/week) offering opportunities to deliver chronic disease management, mental health support, and preventive care in clinic and community settings.
You will assess, screen, immunize, venipuncture, and educate clients, collaborating with the IPCT to plan and evaluate programs.
