Location: Canada Remote

OneMedNet is at the forefront of the rapidly emerging Imaging Real World Data iRWD market, unlocking the value of clinical data across a network of more than 2300 healthcare facilities. Our platform enables advanced research, accelerates AI development, and drives next generation innovation in pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
Our proprietary iRWD platform securely aggregates and manages a rich and continuously expanding set of multimodal data, including electronic health records, laboratory results, and uniquely, medical imaging. This differentiated dataset delivers powerful insights that fuel clinical and commercial breakthroughs across the healthcare ecosystem.
We are seeking a high-performing Product Manager with strong clinical fluency to build and curate our real-world data (RWD) product catalog. You will translate customer and market needs into purpose-built cohorts, organize our RWD library into commercially viable products, and drive their adoption.
This is a critical growth role responsible for expanding OneMedNet's data product offerings and accelerating market adoption of real-world data.
Key Responsibilities:
Gather, organize, and prioritize product requirements from current and prospective clients and internal stakeholders
Curate the real-world data library into purposeful, well-defined cohorts and a structured product catalog
Conduct ongoing market analysis of the real-world data (RWD) and healthcare data landscape, including competitive positioning, buyer trends, and emerging demand across pharma, medtech, and AI segments
Maintain a current, working understanding of all active clinical trials and research initiatives relevant to the company’s data assets and target therapeutic areas
Serve as the primary product expert for customers and prospects, including demonstrations
Define scope and build the product backlog (initiatives, epics, user stories)
Partner with R&D; daily throughout the development cycle
Review, provide feedback on, and approve product deliverables against defined acceptance criteria
Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and the R&D; team
Plan, launch, and manage demand generation campaigns across channels, measuring performance against pipeline and revenue goals
Partner closely with Sales to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and campaign targeting based on field feedback, win/loss insights, and buyer engagement data
Support Sales with product demonstrations and customer questions
Lead and participate in internal Coffee Chat discussions
Willingness to travel up to 15% for work-related assignments

Skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Background in healthcare, data, AI, medical technology, or life sciences
Understanding of real-world data (RWD), real-world evidence (RWE), and healthcare outcomes research
Knowledge of healthcare data systems (EHR, PACS, lab systems) and standards (DICOM, HL7/FHIR, ICD, SNOMED-CT)
Solid communication and presentation skills across technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to translate customer needs into structured data solutions
Preferred
Experience with multimodal data platforms, medical imaging, or imaging AI
Familiarity with medical device development or FDA regulatory processes
Experience working with healthcare providers on IT or innovation initiatives
Knowledge of clinical trials, HIPAA compliance, and data governance
