Job Overview Our construction client is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead their finance operations and manage a team of three. Responsibilities Lead all finance operations and manage a team of three.
Lead complex construction-based finance activities and collaborate closely with construction teams.
Oversee accounts payable department and approve payments.
Manage month-end, year-end, and quarter-end processes, as well as all financial reporting.
Play a key role in an upcoming ERP transition.
Qualifications CPA Required
7+ years of experience in an accounting or finance department, with 2+ years managing a team.
Strong construction experience, including understanding holdbacks
Experience with ERP transitions and construction ERPs like Sage, Timberline, or Jonas.
