This individual contributor position is integral to the supply chain team at PAL Aerospace, reporting directly to the Vice-President of Supply Chain & Logistics. You will work collaboratively with various departments to oversee procurement activities supporting the Royal Canadian Air Force’s next-generation training program. Your expertise will enhance training, operations, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
• Execute strategic procurement plan and oversee the procurement process
• Lead negotiations on key contracts across various initiatives




• Develop and maintain partnerships supporting Indigenous participation
• Document supply chain processes per ISO 9001:2015 standards
• Optimize purchasing processes for ITB credits and compliance

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in supply chain
• Exceptional communication and leadership skills
• Proven experience in risk management and decision-making
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
