Our client is seeking a Finance & Procurement Analyst for a full-time contract opportunity in downtown Toronto to support finance, accounts payable/receivable, and procurement activities.
Key Responsibilities Support full-cycle Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes, including invoicing, payments, reconciliations, and aging reports.
Coordinate procurement activities, including vendor sourcing, purchase orders, and supplier relationships.
Support vendor onboarding, contract compliance, and procurement documentation.
Investigate and resolve billing, payment, and vendor discrepancies.




Prepare financial and procurement reports and respond to ad hoc requests.
Work with internal teams to support effective finance and procurement processes.
Qualifications Post-secondary education in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
4+ years of finance, accounting, or bookkeeping experience, including AR/AP responsibilities.
Experience supporting procurement and vendor management activities.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; NetSuite experience is preferred.
CPA designation or progress toward CPA is considered an asset.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
