At Jim Pattison Subaru Northshore , we’re looking for a driven and people-focused Automotive Sales Consultant who is ready to make a difference in the customer experience. If you enjoy meeting new people, understanding what matters to them, and helping them find the right vehicle, this could be the opportunity for you.

As a Subaru Sales Consultant, you’ll be a key part of the customer journey—from the first conversation through to delivery. You’ll build genuine relationships, showcase Subaru vehicles and technology, and provide knowledgeable guidance that helps customers make confident decisions.

A Day in the Life
As a Subaru Sales Consultant, you’ll take ownership of the customer experience while working closely with the dealership team to achieve both customer and business goals.

Welcome and assist customers in a professional and engaging manner, both in store and through phone and online inquiries.

Build rapport with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable vehicle options.

Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.

Present pricing, financing options, and assist in structuring deals in collaboration with management.

Maintain accurate and consistent follow-up using CRM tools to manage leads and customer relationships.

Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure a seamless handover experience.

Continuously develop product knowledge and stay up to date on OEM features, technology, and market trends.

Contribute to team success by maintaining a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

and creating an experience that earns customers’ trust.

What We’re Looking For

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Previous customer-facing experience is required.

Mandarin speaking can be an asset.

Eligible to obtain a VSA license.

Must be available all days of the week, including evenings and weekends. Shifts will average 40 hours per week.

Strong work ethic with a high level of energy and motivation to succeed.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build rapport and trust.

Highly organized with the ability to multitask and follow up consistently.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales setting.

Previous sales or customer service experience is a strong asset, but not required.
