Saskatchewan Health Authority in Regina is seeking a Workforce Management (WFM) Associate to manage time and attendance, onboarding and staffing needs within Delivery Services and HRBPs. Under HR leadership you will support overtime approvals, leaves and accommodation processes.
You will plan and implement workforce strategies, collaborate with managers and internal teams, and ensure timely HR services and staff scheduling aligns with business demands.
