Vancouver Studio Manager
Location: Vancouver, BC (On-Site)

Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Experience: 2-5 Years Retail Management

Compensation & Benefits

$70,000–$75,000, depending on experience

Salary based on experience

Bonus: Up to 6% paid semi-annually based on sales performance, labour management, and individual performance

We are seeking a passionate, driven and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our Flagship Vancouver studio.

In this role, you will own the performance of the business—driving sales, developing a high-performing team, and delivering an exceptional client experience that reflects our brand values.

Key Responsibilities
Client Experience & Sales Leadership





Lead and oversee all studio appointments and walk-in experiences, delivering exceptional, personalized service

Demonstrate expert-level product knowledge across all collections (P&F; Social, Un-Bridesmaid, and Bridal)

Resolve client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and care

Sales Strategy & Performance

Own and drive sales targets, developing strategies to achieve and exceed goals

Analyze sales performance and trends to identify opportunities for growth

Motivate and coach the team to consistently deliver strong results

Identify business drivers and proactively solve challenges

Inventory & Operations

Oversee inventory management, including receiving, organization, and replenishment

Ensure accuracy across off-the-rack, made on demand and e-commerce fulfillment

Maintain operational efficiency within the studio

Visual Merchandising & Studio Standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually compelling retail environment

Ensure product is presented according to brand standards and inventory levels are optimized

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales associates

Conduct regular team meetings and 1:1 check-in to support performance and growth





Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Marketing & Community Engagement

Support in-store activations and marketing initiatives to drive traffic and brand awareness

Financial Management

Own Profit & Loss accountability for the studio

Manage labour and expenses to ensure operational efficiency and profitability

Park & Fifth Retail Managers

Demonstrate autonomy in their leadership managing the day-to-day performance of their sales team.

Demonstrate critical thinking skills and provide feedback both to management and their team.

Qualifications

2+ years of retail management experience (fashion industry preferred)

Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment

Analytical mindset with experience using sales data to inform decisions

Strong understanding of merchandising and inventory management

Solution-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 30+ lbs

Customer care experience is an asset

Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, Redo is an asset
