Under the guidance of the Program Manager, you will participate in developing engaging activities for clients within the Day Program. Your role requires expertise in geriatric rehabilitation and excellent customer service skills. You will also support volunteers, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement activities for clients
• Ensure safe and hygienic operational activities
• Provide crisis intervention and behavior management
• Support clients' social and recreational needs
• Maintain up-to-date records and statistics

Requirements:
• Diploma in Social Work or equivalent
• Experience in geriatric rehabilitation
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
• Certification in C.P.R.
• Fluency in English; conversational in Chinese
