Street Culture Project is seeking dedicated Case Workers for the Regina Connected Youth program. This full-time position requires relationship building, trauma-informed mentoring, and a commitment to supporting youth through their challenging transitions. A background in youth care and robust interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build supportive relationships with youth professionally
• Develop individualized Case Management Plans for youth
• Advocate for youth during conflicts and challenges
• Track outcomes and maintain updated case files
• Collaborate with colleagues on programming initiatives
Requirements:
• Secondary education; post-secondary preferred
• Minimum 1 year frontline youth care experience
• Familiarity with trauma-informed practices
• Valid Driver’s License with clear abstract
• Criminal Record Check for Vulnerable Sector
