We're looking for a Junior IT Business Analyst, QA to support our Business Applications team in building and maintaining efficient, reliable business systems. This role blends hands‑on QA testing with business analysis — you'll help ensure new implementations, upgrades, and enhancements meet functional, performance, and reliability standards before they go live.

What you’ll do:

Build test scenarios and test cases (functional, regression, integration, performance, UAT) using Zephyr

Execute manual testing across dev, test, and production environments

Log, track, and resolve defects in Jira, partnering closely with project and support teams

Validate business requirements and acceptance criteria ahead of deployment

Support release readiness reviews and provide quality sign‑off input

Maintain test documentation for audit, compliance, and change management

Track quality metrics and defect trends to drive process improvements

Write BRDs, user stories, process flows, and functional documentation





Support project teams on new system implementations and upgrades

What you bring:

Degree/diploma in Business, Computer Science, MIS, or related field

2+ years' experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or QA Analyst supporting software implementations in a global environment (cloud, hosted, on‑prem)

Hands‑on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., REST/API)

Solid grasp of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile practices

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or Octane

Oracle Fusion exposure (ERP/HCM modules such as GL, AR, AP, PPM, SCM, Core HR) a strong plus

ISTQB, ECBA, or Oracle Fusion certification a plus

Robust analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
