Reporting to the Group Director of Human Resources, this managerial position oversees the entire talent planning process. You will enhance internal talent pipelines, utilize data-driven insights, and partner with business leaders to align workforce capabilities with organizational goals. Your leadership will directly inform talent reviews, workforce plans, and employee growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead succession planning and talent review processes
• Analyze workforce trends and recommend strategies
• Develop internal mobility frameworks for employee growth
• Manage talent assessment framework and analytics
• Execute enterprise talent planning programs with governance
Requirements:
• 3-5+ years in talent management or HR functions
• Post-secondary education in HR or related field
• Experience leading enterprise-wide talent processes
• Strong analytical skills with data insights translation
• Excellent communication and project management abilities
