Intact is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster II to manage Commercial General Liability claims in a hybrid work model. Utilize your analytical skills and customer focus to deliver timely resolutions.

This role requires you to handle complex bodily injury and property damage claims effectively. As a Casualty Claims Adjuster, you'll independently investigate claims, analyze documentation, and represent Intact in negotiations. Your decisions will directly impact customer satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Investigate bodily injury and property damage claims
• Make independent decisions using sound judgment
• Review medical records and legal documentation
• Represent the company in third-party negotiations
• Manage claim files throughout the litigation process

Requirements:
• Over 3 years handling casualty claims
• CIP designation completed or in progress
• Robust communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple cases and priorities
