What you could be doing:
Some of the tasks involved in this role are:

Analyzeandoptimizemanufacturing processes byidentifyingbottlenecks, improving workflows, and increasing operational efficiency.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other CI methodologies to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.

Conduct process analysis, including time studies, capacity planning, and line balancing, to maximize productivity and reduce waste.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot process issues, implement corrective actions, and support automation andnew technologyintegration.

Develop andmaintainprocess documentation, standard work, and production layouts while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Candidate requirements:

You should be no more than 12 months post-graduation and available to take up a position no later than 30 September 2027

You should have no more than 12 months’work experience (not including university placements, internships, summer jobs, etc.)

You must be eligible to live and work permanently in the U.S

You will need to have aDegreeand/or Masters in a relevant discipline i.e.:
Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering

Agood levelof verbal and written English

Driving Licence

Willing to work full-time, in person
