Position Title: Operations Supervisor
Reports to: Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
All applicants must be 19+
A day in the life: Place and receive orders, manage all Liquor Board Distribution reports and any issues that arise with ordering, receiving and deliveries
Manage special orders, stock out issues, contacting customers, arranging payment and delivery
Submit new product items
Work in conjunction with other supervisors to ensure regular cycle counting each quarter
Manage inventory for events, samples, tasting bar and training to ensure all inventory is accounted for
Back stock inventory management
Be mindful of customer and industry trends in order to identify opportunities to expand customer base and increase store traffic
Lead by example at all times




Participate in consistent coaching and mentoring of your team
Maintain open communication with the Leadership team

Qualifications: 3-5 years retail or customer service experience
WSET Level 2 or equivalent industry knowledge is an asset
1-2 years of leadership experience is an asset

Experience with inventory management is an asset
Understanding of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel and Publisher)
