In this position, you will have the opportunity to : Replace production employees in various positions during breaks and meals
Operate and monitor machines used for molding or vulcanizing rubber products
Use the necessary machinery, equipment, or hand tools to cut, shape, join, fit, or bond rubber materials to manufacture parts or finished products
Use finishing equipment to deburr, grind, or trim products according to established specifications




Conduct visual inspections of products to detect defects and ensure they meet quality standards
Pack products in accordance with procedures and work instructions
Keep the workstation clean and safe
Comply at all times with occupational health and safety policies, procedures, and rules
Actively contribute to the smooth running of production operations
Perform any other related tasks requested by the immediate supervisor
Permanent full-time position
Shift: evening (Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm), night (Sunday to Thursday 11pm-7am)
Salary: $24.38/hr on entry, $26.27/hr after 1920 hours worked
Shift premium: $1.50/hr for evening shift, $2/hr for night shift
