Key Responsibilities:
• Administer medications accurately and safely to residents
• Follow nursing care plans in compliance with regulations
• Communicate effectively with multi-disciplinary teams
• Identify and report changes in resident health

Requirements:
• Current RPN registration with the College of Nurses
• CPR Heart Save Level certification
• Experience in long-term care or similar field
