In this role, you will leverage your three years of Business Analysis experience to support digital transformations in the insurance industry. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to perform gap and impact analysis and assist in creating process and journey maps. With a solid understanding of Agile methodologies, your contributions will help refine backlogs and ensure clarity in requirements, ultimately enhancing customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria
• Perform gap analysis and assess technology impacts




• Create process maps and customer journey diagrams
• Support backlog refinement and sprint planning
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and delivery teams

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• Minimum 3 years in Business Analysis
• Preferred CBAP, CCBA, or PMI-PBA certification
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery
• Insurance domain experience is a plus
