Take a key role at the Toronto Region Board of Trade as a Manager for BCT Implementation. You'll coordinate projects, manage stakeholder relations, and support strategic initiatives in this full-time position based in Toronto.
This managerial role requires excellent project management skills and 2-3 years of experience in stakeholder relations and executive support. You’ll work closely with the Director of Policy to ensure the successful execution of Council initiatives. We seek a highly organized professional with solid communication skills to engage with senior executives and government officials effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate implementation of the Council's annual work plan
• Track project milestones and deliverables efficiently
• Draft materials for senior leadership presentations
• Serve as secretariat for the Business Council of Toronto
• Plan and execute Executive Table and Council meetings
Requirements:
• Undergraduate degree in a relevant field
• 2-3 years in project coordination or executive support
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
