What You’ll Need At least 2 years experience operating equipment (haul trucks, wiggle wagon, dozers, graders, excavators) in mining, civil earthworks, pipelines, sawmills, pulp and paper mills, manufacturing, or highway construction
High School Diploma, GED, CAEC, or 10+ years of work experience
Valid driver’s licence and clean driving record
Ability to work a 6 days on/6 days off rotation (three days on, three nights on, six days off; 12-hour shifts)
Ability to complete walk-arounds, safety checks, and field level risk assessments
Commitment to safety and following operating standards and procedures
Ability to report incidents, damage, and near misses immediately
Strong communication skills to update supervisors and meet goals
