Support homeless youth in Peel Region as a Development Officer. Collaborate on fundraising, donor engagement, and community outreach initiatives through The Pod Group.

This role requires a resourceful and organized individual to assist with planning and administering fundraising activities. You will coordinate donor relations, manage communications, prepare fundraising materials, and conduct research to foster donor engagement. The position emphasizes building relationships with stakeholders and enhancing community impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support fundraising strategies and donor engagement initiatives
• Coordinate and organize marketing and communication efforts
• Provide operational support to the fundraising team
• Prepare donor profiles, proposals,



and reports
• Maintain accurate donor records and information management

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in a relevant field
• 1–3 years of fundraising or non-profit administration experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and donor databases
• Robust written and verbal communication skills
• Valid Ontario G Driver’s License and clean driver’s abstract
