The IT Analyst role focuses on ensuring efficient IT service across the organization. You will work closely with the internal IT team and managed service providers, tackling network troubleshooting, user onboarding, and device management. Your expertise will be vital in resolving technical issues related to various devices while providing superb customer service throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support user IT service and escalate issues as needed
• Troubleshoot basic network issues including DHCP and VPN
• Aid users in understanding technical problems clearly
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding process for users
• Train users on technology solutions as required
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in Information Technology preferred
• Minimum 2 years in a helpdesk role with IT focus
• Experience with mobile devices, networks, VoIP systems
• Solid technical knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Exceptional problem-solving and time management skills
