Kent Homes is seeking an entry-level District Recruitment Coordinator to assist with talent acquisition across the district. You will work closely with the District HR Partner and recruitment team to develop and maintain pipelines, support interview scheduling, and help onboard recent hires.
The role offers exposure to recruitment policies, job fairs, and internal mobility opportunities, with a focus on an inclusive, smooth process and a team-driven environment.
