Hours of work: 40hrs/week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am to 3:30 pm

POSITION SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining Wastewater Treatment Plant equipment, facilities, buildings and computer maintenance records.
QUALIFICATIONS: Experience with computers, preventative maintenance programs and data entry is required.
Must be able to obtain Maintenance Gas Fitters and Digester Gas System Maintenance certificates, Ministry-approved welding certificate.
Must be able to obtain certification as a wastewater treatment operator.
Must be able to work in confined spaces.
Past mechanical experience with regards to blueprint reading, mechanical safety, welding, electronics, hydraulics, and proper maintenance procedures.
Must be able to work on own and be self motivated.
Developed written and oral communication skills
