Key Responsibilities:
• Provide legendary customer service to assist buyers
• Promote company programs and current promotions
• Maintain visual standards,



including restocking and signage
• Resolve customer issues using good judgment
• Assist in various store areas as needed

Requirements:
• At least one year of sales experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to evaluate and understand customer needs
• Knowledge of Bass Pro Shops & Cabela's products is an asset
• Strong judgment and logic skills
