This role, under the guidance of the Line Leader or Production Supervisor, requires proactive monitoring of equipment and compliance with established safety and quality standards. As a Production Technician, you will also focus on training staff, developing procedures, and conducting ongoing evaluations to ensure optimal production performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor manufacturing areas for compliance with safety standards
• Train employees on SOPs and evaluate their performance
• Contribute to continuous improvement in production processes




• Oversee equipment controls and ensure quality standards
• Assist in troubleshooting and making machine adjustments

Requirements:
• College diploma in a related technical program
• Minimum 1 year of experience in high-volume manufacturing
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
• Familiarity with automated manufacturing environments
• Willingness to work night shifts and handle noise exposure
