As a participant in our summer internship program, Prelaunch, you’ll embark on a structured three‑month development journey designed to give you the foundational building blocks for starting a successful career at Mott MacDonald.
Your responsibilities may include:
Designing engineering solutions
Conducting site inspections and monitoring
Joining project and client meetings
Refining technical designs and documentation
Analyzing reports and specifications
Exploring project and client management
Leveraging digital tools and innovation
Driving sustainable outcomes
Building connections through our Early Career Professionals Network
To be considered for this 2027 prospect, here’s what you’ll need:
Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business/commerce, economics or a related field
A strong interest in infrastructure advisory, infrastructure planning, development and management
Strong analytical, research, problem solving, and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative
Enthusiasm for learning and contributing to impactful work
This position is located in Vancouver, BC. You must be able to reliably commute to our office in this location, per our hybrid working policy.

Multiple factors such as qualifications, overall experience and position responsibilities will be used to determine the successful candidate's actual salary within the expected range.
The expected salary range for this position is from 18/hr -30/hr.
