The Lab
Leader isn't defined by a single project milestone: you own quality end-to-end across the SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment), set the standard every team follows, and interact with all internal and external stakeholders. The role calls for evolving our internal products and tools (Agile+, MIRE, Common Sense) while providing technical and people leadership to developers across the entire software development lifecycle – all in collaboration with each of our SIA product managers.
