Agile Delivery Manager / Technical PM — BFSI Client (Onsite, Contract)

We're hiring for a BFSI client on an onsite contract basis in Toronto, ON. Duration: 6+ months with potential Extensions.

This role needs a Delivery Manager who plans well before anything else. You'll run delivery across Agile and waterfall tracks depending on the initiative, not just one methodology.

What you'll do

- Own delivery planning, sequencing, and risk tracking across multiple workstreams
- Run Agile ceremonies where the team is Agile, and manage waterfall-style gates where the work calls for it
- Report status and blockers to stakeholders on both sides

What you need:
- Proven Technical PM or Delivery Manager experience in BFSI or a regulated industry
- Comfort switching between Agile and waterfall depending on the project
- Solid planning and sequencing skills, this is the top priority

Nice to have:
- Amazon Connect delivery experience. Not mandatory.
