As a temporary Investigator at CNO, you will take charge of analyzing and resolving complaints related to professional misconduct and incompetence. With a focus on public safety, this position requires expertise in investigations and risk management, alongside effective communication skills. Your role will facilitate early resolutions and present findings to the Inquiries, Complaints and Reports Committee.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct intake assessments for complaints and reports
• Perform thorough investigations on professional misconduct
• Carry out health inquiries regarding nursing capacity
• Explain processes to public and system partners
• Present findings to the ICRC for decisions
Requirements:
• University degree in regulated health field or relevant discipline
• 3–5 years of experience in investigations or risk management
• Solid analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication abilities
• Attention to detail in case management
