Global Talent Partners is working with a well-established, independently owned, small animal practice in Airdrie, Alberta, that is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its experienced and collaborative clinical team.

This opportunity is best suited to a veterinarian with solid general practice experience who is confident in both medical case management and routine to intermediate soft tissue surgery. The role offers the chance to work within a busy, well-supported clinic where clinicians are trusted to work independently while still having strong team support when needed.

The Role

Provide full small animal general practice veterinary care

Independently perform routine and intermediate soft tissue surgery





Manage dental procedures and dental surgery cases

Deliver clear, compassionate client communication

Work closely with a supportive veterinary and RVT team

Contribute to a positive and collaborative clinic environment

Requirements

DVM degree with eligibility for licensure in Alberta

2 to 5 years' experience in small animal general practice preferred

Strong surgical and dental capability

Confident clinical decision-making and case management skillsExcellent communication and client relationship abilities
