We are looking for a seasoned Senior Project Leader / Technical Lead Engineer with extensive experience in municipal linear infrastructure. This hybrid role involves effective project management of water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, focusing on the complete project lifecycle. Candidates should possess robust technical skills and direct experience with municipal infrastructure systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage water and sewer infrastructure projects
• Oversee project phases from planning to closeout




• Ensure technical delivery meets quality and stakeholder expectations
• Guide engineering design reviews and solutions

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent
• 10-15 years of municipal infrastructure experience
