Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate team goals and ensure adherence through guidance
• Drive achievement of KPIs and performance improvement initiatives
• Oversee packaging line setup,



assembly, and disassembly
• Organize ingredients and maintain inventory accuracy
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and policies

Requirements:
• 1+ year experience operating automated equipment
• 1 year of Team Lead experience required
• Knowledge of food allergens and allergen control practices
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hour shifts
• Capability to lift objects up to 35 lbs
