EBC is actively seeking a Project Director to oversee multiple large-scale civil projects simultaneously, reporting directly to the Vice President of Civil Operations. You will be responsible for preparing bids, negotiating subcontractor agreements, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for delivering successful projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare bids and manage project execution
• Negotiate with subcontractors for project agreements




• Ensure work meets quality and safety standards
• Monitor project costs and report to the vice president
• Mentor and evaluate project team members

Requirements:
• University degree in Engineering or relevant experience
• 15+ years in the construction industry
• PENG designation required
• Experience in civil construction and MTO projects
• Solid financial management and scheduling skills
