We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Manager, Financial Reporting to join our client's team. In this role, you will oversee the development and implementation of accounting policies and procedures in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). You'll analyze proposed changes in accounting standards, provide recommendations for specialized transactions, and contribute to the interpretation of new standards. Establish strong relationships with financial stakeholders




Identify and implement internal control and process enhancements within the first year
What You'll Bring 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, full-cycle accounting, and audit and controls
Proven expertise in external audit preparation, system implementations, and M&A; activities
CPA designation with strong technical IFRS knowledge
Industry experience in pharmaceutical or manufacturing environments
Familiarity with SAP, OneStream, and Workiva
Intermediate proficiency in Excel
Experience with private equity-backed and publicly traded companies, with a global operational focus (Canada, U.S., and international)
Knowledge of DynamoDB, Sage Intacct, and Workday is an asset
