Davenport-Perth Neighbourhood and Community Health Centre is seeking a Seniors’ Program Worker, Italian-speaking, to promote, plan, and implement culturally specific activities for Italian seniors and other senior programs.
You will work with the Seniors’ Program team to identify needs, develop responses, and support participation and referrals. A 1.5+ year post-secondary background in Social Services or related field is required, along with robust English and Italian language skills.
